Immigration industry is one of the fastest growing industries of the last two decades. It has shown exponential growth. it is expected that it is going to maintain the pace and create more revenue and employment. People are more interested in studying, working and getting settled in developed countries like US, UK , Australia , New Zealand and European nations. There have been many reasons contributing to the increase in the industry.  In Asia, dwindling income source, poor health care services, political and religious instability and tolerance, obsolete education policy and religious inequality are some of the reasons boosting the trust of people to move in safer and better countries. Earlier this industry was not taken seriously now it is going to be one of the mainstream industries and professions.

Numbers of people are employed there. Having noticed the growth in the industry, Govt has opened embassies and special aid centre in every country . Though the industry has high growth but it is still underestimated and considered unorganized. Process of student visa depends on the country and course student are applying for. It may take 1-3 months and may be more in some cases. To study abroad students have to follow a process to get the visa and start studying in dream country. First step of studying abroad is obtaining required score in English Proficiency Test such as IELTS, PTE, GRE, MAT, SAT , TOEFAL and so on. There are many other exams also. There are couching centers train students to get score successfully. If they don’t get the score successfully they may not be allowed to study. Students also have to plan ahead of the visa process. They need to arrange the funds and finance. Many visa applications are refused because of ingenuine and insufficient funds. Aftering arranging funds and obtaining the score students are to choose country, course and educational institution. Educational agents are trained and certified for recruiting students for certain course and institutions. They don’t the requirement of the country and the course students are planning to apply for. Students select the country , course and school, college or university . Then apply for visa approval. After getting visa students have to reach the campus and start his study there. Once the students sign the form the agents get the commission from the educational institute for the one he recruited the students. The commissions depend on the tuition fees students have paid. Every year numbers of students from India go to study in different countries. The numbers increase every year. To be an educational agent of consultant candidate should be able to speak, read, write and listen English well. Because the delivery of the agent training program is in English. There is no any fixed qualification for this. It’s up to your interest and skills. It does not mean you don’t need any qualification at all. Tourist or Visitor Visa

People are visiting other countries in their leisure time. It been getting double every year. Agents and consultants help people about the requirements, rules, process and time of the visa. In some part of Asian countries people are ready to pay any amount of money for the visa of English speaking and European nations. Because after reaching on visitor or tourist visa they can find a way to stay back in the country and start working there. This is illegal but people do this. To get the visa application approved the agents and consultants use their skills and knowledge. Successes of the visa applications make you more money name and fame as well. This works little different than tour and travel agency. Tour and travel agents are also the part of the industry.

Work Permit

Every year work permits are released by the employers and companies in developed and developing nations. It goes through rules and regulations. Skilled and semi-skilled workers go to the companies they are hired to work for. Doctors, Engineers, Teachers, Scientists other professions opt to work in developed countries; this is known as brain drain.  Gulf countries demand for unskilled workers. To send people as workers, agents and consultants need man power license.  The man power license is released by Govt .  Agents charge the fees from workers. Opportunities and Challenges

There are numerous opportunities in immigration industries. It allows people make money quickly if they have skills and knowledge. Every year numbers of people are employed. The opposite part of this is something people don’t appreciate. Some unscrupulous people are cheating people , they provide them fake visas and make false promises. It is reported that people commit suicide if they don’t get visa or cheated by any agent or consultant. There are some video gone viral young boys were kidnapped  and murdered. It has destroyed many families. Clients are equally responsible for this. Govt has passed some laws to regulated and authenticate agents. Govt is taking strict actions against cheaters in the industry. There are some people working to make quick money by false means.

                   

To work in the industry it is recommended to the aspirants do enough research.  Without learning it may be dangerous to work. It may put you some serious threats.
